Work Experience

From April 2018- March 2020 I worked as a server and hostess at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. Here I learned how to navigate a customer service job by taking orders, seating people at their tables based on an online system, putting orders into an online system, putting meals together, building customer and employee relationships, deescalating customer conflicts, and answering the phone to take orders.
